Nearly 2 1/2 times more applicants for #remote jobs than jobs offered (ifo institute 2022): In October 2021, jobs advertised remotely accounted for 12.36 percent of the German job market and received 18.67 percent of applications. A year later, the situation is different: there is more demand, but less supply: only 9.61 percent of the positions were advertised in October of this year, but they received 22.94 percent of the applications.
According to a study by the management consultancy Accenture, 83 percent of those surveyed would like to be able to work in a hybrid way. One of the reasons they give is that they are more #productive with this type of work.
